Description: Hardwood floors living, dining, kitchen, and hall areas. The two bedrooms have carpet but I am afraid they need replacing. There is an orange tree and a grapefruit tree in the backyard which have both provided excellent fruit. I sit at my dining table and look out the window to see beautiful mountains. When I first came here they were snow-capped :) So I would get an orange or 2 off the tree...squeeze some juice, make coffee eggs and bacon. I was in heaven I tell ya:) It is now 8 years later and I'm a Vietnam veteran living on Social security. It needs a little TLC You need to be accepted by the park or move the home out. I hope it will serve you as well as it did me.
