Description: .......This is a 1989 model that was purchased new in 1991. I am the first owner. It is sound and usable condition, was occupied until November 1st 2016. It needs cosmetics [carpet and paint] and about $1200 in repairs. [Falling branch put hole in the roof. and one door frame needs replacement]. It is in Saugerties, and new owner is responsible for moving it. Furnace replaced a few years ago. Roof is 10 years old, so good for another 15 years or so. Our Rolls-Royce in photo is not included. ; - )
.......I have been quoted $900 to $1500 range to move it up to 25 miles - cost is $300./hour with an escort vehicle. Before moving, new owner will need to remove skirting, disconnect electric and plumbing. [It was winterized in November so plumbing would be safe]. NADA book value is $4,500. as is, and much higher when cosmetics and repairs are done. The roof has a small hole from a falling branch that will require approximately 8 X 10 foot section of plywood and shingles to be replaced.
. We winter in Florida \ until early April. We plan to begin construction of a new home on the site this summer, so the home would need to be moved by the end of May. If a permit and fee is required by the town building department to move it, we will pay that cost.
